Freeman Girls Win Friend Track Invitational

The Freeman girls track team brought home another first place team plaque on Tuesday.  The Lady Falcons scored 105 points on their way to victory at the Friend Invitational.   It was Cross County finishing the meet in second place with 63 points and Dorchester finished third with 56 points.  Once again, several of the girls improved their personal record in their event and many of them were able to convert their efforts into places and team points.  Individual results for Freeman were as follows:

100 Meter Dash:  3rd place, Tori Bredvick, 13.5; 4th place, Marissa Waters, 13.6

200 Meter Dash:  4th place, Tori Bredvick, 28.4

400 Meter Dash:  2nd place, Marissa Waters, 65.8; 5th place, Addison Dorn, 67.4; 6th place, Caeleigh Behrens, 67.5

800 Meter Run:  1st place, Brylie Hartwig, 2:31.0; 5th place, Lauren Parde, 2:43.0

1600 Meter Run:  2nd place, Brylie Hartwig, 5:43.7

3200 Meter Run:  3rd place, Ashley Oltman, 12:38.7; 4th place, RaeAnn Hartwig, 13:14.9; 6th place, Ashley Parde, 13:27.0

100 Meter Hurdles:  2nd place, Kayla Haynes, 16.1

300 Meter Hurdles:  6th place, Kayla Haynes, 55.0

High Jump:  2nd place, Kayla Haynes, 5’

Triple Jump:  3rd place, Tessa Hestermann,  31’ 8.5”

Shot Put:  6th place, Jessica Osterhaus, 32’ 2.5”

Discus:  6th place, Emma Alberts, 92’ 5”

400 Meter Relay:  1st place, Marissa Waters, Addison Dorn, RaeAnn Hartwig, and Tori Bredvick, 54.1

1600 Meter Relay:  4th place, Lauren Parde, Josalynn Podtburg, Addison Dorn, and RaeAnn Hartwig, 4:41.5

3200 Meter Relay:  1st place, Lauren Parde, Ashley Oltman, Brylie Hartwig, and Marissa Waters, 10:45.9
