What do you want to be when you grow up?

Such a fun question to explore with First Graders!  In Social Studies, first graders learned about different jobs and responsibilities people have in their communities.  Along with learning about Community Helpers we learned about Labor Day.  Students learned Labor day is a holiday set aside to celebrate working men and women.  We watched a video, read stories and talked about what they want to be when they go up.  I hope someday the First Graders will fulfill their dreams!!
