We are very proud of all the swimmers and divers.  Everyone had been working toward doing their best at this meet.  We compete against all Lincoln and Omaha teams.   So, for our swimmers and divers to finishes so well, is an enormous accomplishment.

The girls 200 medley consisting of sophomore Joslyn Schiebur, junior Emily Schroeder, freshman Ainsley Hostetler and freshman Taylor Larkins, swam a faster time, and were less than a second off the school record.
The girls 200 freestyle relay, consisting of junior Evelyn Gascon, Ciarra Benes, Joslyn Schiebur and Ainsley Hostetler, bettered their time and were .08 away from a school record.

The girls 400 freestyle relay also bettered their time by dropping more than 4 seconds from their best time. They ended up  finishing 19th. Swimming on that relay were, Ciarra Benes, Taylor Larkins, Joslyn Schiebur, and Ainsley Hostetler.
Freshman, Ainsley Hostetler also competed in an individual event, the 50 freestyle.  This event is a tough one to qualify for at state without automatic time, so for her to swim it at state, was a great experience for her as a freshman.
We have a young team with talented swimmers and divers, the coaches are excited to see what they can all accomplish in the next few years!
