A Holocaust Presentation
Last Spring, Sandy Renken, a teacher from Freeman Public Schools and United State Holocaust Memorial Museum Teacher Fellow, was invited by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland to participate in their 2012 Holocaust Summit as well as tour several Holocaust sites. She will be giving a presentation during which she will discuss the Holocaust and her experiences as well as show pictures from Warsaw, Treblinka, Krakow, and Auschwitz. The event is free and is open to the public. It will be held on Thursday, April 4th at 7:00 pm in the Freeman Public Schools music room.
