Lady Falcons Finish Third At Lewiston Invite

The Freeman Lady Falcons finished third at the Lewiston Invite which was held in Auburn.  It was a very close meet with Sterling edging out Nebraska City Lourdes by three points to claim the title.  The Lady Jets scored 87 points on their way to victory with Lourdes scoring 84 points.    Freeman finished in third place with 79 points.  Once again several of the girls improved their personal records and Morgan Lenners was a two event winner, winning both the 1600 and 3200 meter runs.  Individual results for Freeman were as follows:

    200 Meter Dash:  4th place, Kylie Trobee, 28.7

    400 Meter Dash:  5th place, Kylie Trobee, 67.7; 6th place, Taylor Sugden, 67.9

    800 Meter Run:  3rd place, Morgan Lenners, 2:36.0; 6th place, Cassidy Mason, 2:40.6

    1600 Meter Run:  1st place, Morgan Lenners, 6:00.8; 2nd place, Cassidy Mason, 6:03.7

    3200 Meter Run:  1st place, Morgan Lenners, 12:50.2; 5th place, Brooke Mason, 14:13.0

    100 Meter Hurdles:  4th place, Mackenzie Ruskamp, 17.8

    300 Meter Hurdles:  2nd place, Mackenzie Ruskamp, 52.3

    1600 Meter Relay:  1st place, Taylor Sugden, Mackenzie Ruskamp, Kylie Trobee, and

        Cassidy Mason, 4:31.3

    3200 Meter Relay:  4th place, Mallory Dorn, Shannon Koenig, Savannah Banks, and Cassidy

        Mason, 11:26.1

    Triple Jump:  5th place, Savannah Banks, 29' 9"; 6th place, Anna Harder, 29' 8.5"

    Shot Put:  3rd place, Kylie Trobee, 36' 2.5"
