Freeman Girls Take Second Place At Pioneer Conference Indoor Track Meet

The Freeman Girls Track Team is off to a great start for their season.  Their first meet for the season was the Pioneer Conference Indoor Track Meet that was held at Doane College in Crete.   Eleven conference schools competed with Omaha Brownell Talbot emerging as the winner with 74.5 points.  Freeman and Friend tied for second with 54 points and Diller-Odell took home fourth place with 47 points.  Individual results for Freeman were as follows:

400 Meter Dash:  3. Kylie Trobee, 68.1

800 Meter Run:  1.  Morgan Lenners, 2:40.1; 3.  Savannah Banks, 2:53.6

1600 Meter Run:  1.  Morgan Lenners, 6:11.8;  6.  Brooke Mason, 6:37.7

3200 Meter Run: 2.  Courtney Buhr, 14:44.3; 3.  Amber Mason 14:46.2

Long Jump:  5.  Kylie Trobee, 15' 2.5"

Triple Jump:  6. Anna Harder, 30' .75"

3200 Meter Relay:  4. Amber Mason, Allison Evers, Brooke Mason, and Savannah Banks, 11:44.0
